Thank you for shopping with Frankie James Author & Co. We are excited to get your special edition books and merchandise to you!

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During book launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

     

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once that item becomes available unless otherwise noted.

Release dates and estimated ship dates are listed on the product page.

   

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

If your package appears lost, please contact us at frankiejames153027@gmail.com and we will help you file a claim.

     

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address at checkout. Frankie James Author & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
